- What is NikahUlfat?
- NikahUlfat is a private, family-friendly Muslim matrimony service. Verified profiles, consent-based chat, wali and family involvement, and deep respect for your deen and values — from the first salaam to your nikah.
- Is NikahUlfat free?
- Creating a profile and browsing are completely free. You also get 3 free credits once your profile is verified. Credits are only needed to send an interest — you never pay a monthly subscription.
- How do I create a profile?
- Enter your mobile number on the login page, verify the one-time password sent to you by SMS, and fill in your biodata. There is no separate signup form and no password to remember.
- Is my phone number visible to everyone?
- No. Your mobile number is hidden from other members by default. It is only revealed once you have accepted an interest from that person — never before, and never to anyone browsing the site logged out.
- When is contact information unlocked?
- Contact details unlock when an interest is mutually accepted. Until then a member sees only your masked first name and your last name and location — not your mobile number.
- How do interests work?
- Sending an interest costs 1 credit and tells the other member you would like to connect. They can accept or ignore it. Re-sending an interest to someone you have already contacted does not charge you again.
- What happens after an interest is accepted?
- Once the other member accepts, contact details unlock for both of you and a chat opens so you can talk directly on NikahUlfat.
- Can I filter profiles by community and preferences?
- Yes. You can filter by community, state, district, age, education, profession and marital status, and set partner preferences so more compatible profiles surface first.
- Can I search by state?
- Yes. You can filter by state, district, taluka and village, and there are dedicated pages for Maharashtra, Telangana, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.
- How do I report a fake profile?
- Use the Report option on the member's profile, or email connect@nikahulfat.com. Profiles and photos are reviewed before they appear publicly, and we act on reports of fake profiles or inappropriate behaviour.
- How do I delete my account?
- You can delete your profile from your account settings. Deleting removes your profile, your photos and your login — it is permanent.

- NikahUlfat works fully in your mobile browser today, and Android and iOS apps are on the way.
